I like a flop fold here. You only paid half a bet to see the flop, and you may already be behind to QJ. Also, a pair of nines being the best hand on the flop is an assumption.

23o is a premium hand for a loose passive...it is a group one speculative hand. It works well in large multiway pots against TAG premium hands...you lose a lot of small pots with this holding, but...

I don't have the time to read all the responses right now; however, just real quick, when you miss the flop with AK, you're on a weak draw, and as such, it is very risky betting into 5+ players that...

You're pretty much blind stealing shorthanded. That is, you're going to open-raise almost everytime. The OP said villian was a TAG...KTo just seems a little weak to 3-bit IMO.

I don't know much about short-handed; however, my instincts tell me not to 3-bet KTo....probably a dominated hand.
Also, I would only bet turn if I had a good read on villian and thought he might...
