Re: Strasser in Paris?
A trip report would be great. For what it's worth, I've learned more from you about SNGs than anyone else on this board. Thanks for that.

cashing out for the first time
After playing at Party for many months and building a comfortable bankroll, I want to cash out for the first time. I want to use iMG-pay and wonder if it's safe, effective, confidential. Also, are...

Re: Longest SNG
Have any of you noticed a trend toward players who intentionally play slow to induce tilt? I mean really slow, using their full time on every street. I thought I noticed it a few weeks ago but it...

Re: Why SitnGo\'s?
A lot of it is personal, but I have found SNGs to be very profitable when compared to ring games. I love the opportunity to punish weaker players, take their chips and best of all make them...

Re: interesting heads up problem
I was getting a lot of seconds before I started using this approach (when the blinds are large). It significantly improved my HU game and evened out my number of first and seconds.

I also want to add my thanks. I lurk here quite a bit and have learned a lot, more than I can say. I will try to be a more responsible community member in the future.

Re: Why Oh why?: Or Lost My Nerve
Not cruel at all. Let me have it. I'm trying to become a better player (and have fun) by clarifying my thinking in this type of situation. Thank you, and the others, for your comments.

Re: Why Oh why?: Or Lost My Nerve
Actually, the Asian guy didn't raise MP's raise on the turn. One MP had AK and I didn't see the other guy's cards.
I guess I'm just disappointed with myself for not being decisive at a moment I...

Why Oh why?: Or Lost My Nerve
First time playing B&M 6/12. (I’ve been winning 1.4BB/hr at 3/6 for two months and decided to try moving up. The next level at my club is 6/12.) Table seems fairly tight with solid players. Maybe...

Re: Turn
I like the SB raise because now MP has to worry about a set of nines, and SB will probably win if his card hits. Rockets also must be holding onto his privates as he caps, and tighter when the K...

Re: What\'s your river action?
I think you have to raise. If tricky's really tricky he may reraise with 3 Js (which is what I think he has, with a Q) and you'll have to pay off to see them. I think the turn probably was a failed...

Re: Mixing up one\'s raises
You're right, it was a tilt raise. I let my emotion, irritation, cause a raise pf when it shouldn't have. But if I'd done it with sober calculation, to be random and confuse the others at the...

Mixing up one\'s raises
3/6 Hole'em B&M
