Re: Call this Flop - Raise this River?
[ QUOTE ]
Would you mind giving me a guesstimate as to how many outs I actually had?
3 non club Ks = 3
3 non club 9s = 3
2 non club A = 1?
backdoor flush = 1?
K/9 clubs = 1? (There is no...

Re: Call this River Raise?
I think you are safe to fold.
And depending on your read of SB, why did you not cap the flop or raise the turn?

Re: Call this Flop - Raise this River?
Hero is double-gutted. The non-club Ks are clean and the non-club 9s are at least a split. Throw in the 2 non-club As and you have enough to see the turn.
I think.

Re: Rough-housing with KQs
[ QUOTE ]
I'm not sure I understand what makes a lead better than a checkraise on this flop.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think the c-r of 2 players shows much more strength.

Re: QQ flops AK4 heads-up
For WA/WB, you bet the river (to prevent you opponent checking through when he is way behind). Deciding to fold or call a river raise is read dependent.

Re: Party 15: 99 on coordinated board.
I play micros, and this is a type of hand that gives me trouble. Pre and post flop action make sense, and I prefer to check the turn here. But I don't understand raising the river for either case...

Re: AA- Correct laydown?
Turn: With the A /images/graemlins/spade.gif, you have to bet the turn. If you get check-raised, it's an easy call.
River: If, after betting the turn, it gets checked to you, this is the type of...

Re: J8 in the BB
Unless he is a known semi-bluffer, I'd consider a turn check raise.
