If I reraise the flop to say 30 I fold to a push. If Villan calls (I put him on QQ or TT for a set) then the pot is $80. I have 95 left and Villan has $55. Comes the turn and I....? Check/fold.

The "Poker Web Client" (left hand side of the menu bar) allows one to position the screen anywhere on the desktop, including second monitor. Make sure to allow popups in Firefox or you wont be able...

If the color quality setting is identical on both monitors then the particular problem I was having with the single option of "Move active table" does not occur.

Control panel -> Display -> Settings -> Color Quality
The "Color Quality" choices for each monitor typically range from 32 bit to 8 bit (depends on ones video card/monitor combination). The settings...

Ah yes.

Need better hand to call than to bet; Call preflop reraise with AK; therefore bet reraise preflop with AK!

Even if you have the bankroll to play deep stacked, the NL strategy in Getting Started on Holdem - extra tight, small stacks - is something to consider until you get into the flow of the game.
