Re: Loose Flop Call?

Given that a passive opponent is going crazy, you are likely drawing to two outs and the pot is not terribly big at this point. I would fold to the three-bet.

QTs hand.. what to do on the river..

Villain is in MP1 with 28.57 VPIP and 6.45 PFR. He has generally been passive postflop with the exception of the river.. hence my question. (Only 62 hands on villain however)

Party Poker 1/2...

Might be in Appleton this weekend and thinking of making the trip up to Green Bay to Oneida. Anyone game for meeting up if I make the trip?

standard?

Original minraiser and villain are both very loose aggressive, not having very solid raising values, so I made the loose preflop call.

Should I have gotten it all in on the flop or maybe just...

Re: 99 vs. a TAG

With TAGish preflop stats, the three-bet, and that flop, I can't think of what you'd be ahead of.
I'm guessing villain has something in the neighborhood of KK-JJ and is not going to fold.
That...

Re: When to/When to not slowplay flopped sets (22)

With any set I am usually loathe to slowplay, especially if they are going to call anyway. Since you indicated the table is loose that's what I would expect, so I'm ramming and jamming this flop.

Re: QQ vs. TAG

Check calling is strange. I lead out the turn or check-raise.

Re: Flush in a paired board with lots of action

I would probably just call the flop, but some reads on villains could sway the decision.

I would definitely fold the river facing three cold. It looks as if there is a boat and a higher flush...

Re: Feigning weakness

Assuming you were that positive one of them would bet, I think it's the best way to maximize your profits. Seems fairly standard to me.

Re: Freerolling on the turn- Why did they let it happen and would you

I like the raise pre-flop. If I'm in late position and opening or there is but a sole limper I'll usually pop it up.

Flop is fine(definitely have the outs to be aggressive), as is the turn, and...

Re: KQs -- huge draw in huge pot misses on river -- what\'s my play?

Given the preflop action, the four-straight on board, and the fact that a tight passive has been calling you down, I would check it here. The only thing you're beating is a worse busted draw.

Re: Folding a overpair on the river

First one: fold.
Second one I'd fold but I wouldn't like it. Too many ways loose opponents could have you beaten in that spot.

Re: Aggression check...A3 sooted

i like the preflop raise with the suited ace when first or second in at a passive table. BUT only if there are lots of calling stations at the table. That hand wants multiway action, so raising at a...

Re: Jay\'s Hand of the Day

Like the play to the river. I probably would have called just because the pot was SO big.

tracking stats at micro levels

I am a relatively new micro-limit player. (mostly .50-1, once in a while .25-.50) Thought I would make my first post a non-hand related one.

My question is what are the best stats to watch to...
