Re: nut flush draw, turn & river questions

[ QUOTE ]
flop - CALL! I cannot see a raise here as you have not made your hand. Use your position to raise when the spade hits. DO NOT CAP - that's just spewing.

Probabilty for 1 pair winning at showdown?

Limit Hold 'em .50/1.00

I am in the middle of an extended "no-swing", basically even for the last 20,000 hands. This has led me to look at some statitistics to see what has changed over the last...

Re: Another play?

I'm surprised by what others have to say about this hand, but my line would be to bet out on that flop expecting someone else along the line to raise. Depending on where the raise and calls come from...

Re: Part timers - what do you do with your winnings?

I leave about 400BB at the site for my BR. Will do a cashout when it tickles my fancy to do so, somewhere between 400-1000BB. I did use $100 from winnings to purchase a second 21" monitor capable of...

Re: Two middle-pair hands, please review

Hand 1 is pretty straight forward, you have an over pair and your bets are met with no agression from opponents.

Hand 2 - 5 to the flop with a pair of nines, 2 broadways show up and you are...

Re: Thinking about buying this monitor

Before I buy a new monitor- how do you figure out if your video card can support 1600x1200.

Re: one pair disaster

*grunch*

Hand 1 - I would have played the same, I like that BB bets into me on the flop allowing me to face the field with two bets. The turn is a blank and you have to bet this. The river is...

Re: Ughhh, they are adding Eurobet?

Not happy to hear that. Until recently I was playing on both Hollywood and Eurobet, with the Party split I left Eurobet due to the lack of good games. Since the Party split the games at Hollywood...

Re: Multiple Monitors: Multiple Mice?

[ QUOTE ]
The issue is how much time and motion it takes, on a single mouse, to go from the left far edge of monitor 1 to the right far edge of monitor 2 -- even with speed/sensitivity set to max. ...

Re: display setup...which is best for multi-tabliing???

[ QUOTE ]
if u find a 15" monitor that does 1600x1200, then that works just as well as a 200" monitor that does 1600x1200.

I disagree somewhat. I have a 21" monitor capable of...

Re: Stars never again

Yeah its rigged just like the Main Event at the WSOP. I mean come on, Sammy gets the fullhouse with A's over 10's to beat a fullhouse 10's over A's and busts the guy out on the very first hand.

Re: Do people think you guys are crazy with so many monitors?

Actually the heat is not that bad. At $100 a pop they are disposable monitors if/when LCD's come down in price and offer a high enough res on a 21"+ screen. I bought my father a nice 19" LCD monitor...

Re: Do people think you guys are crazy with so many monitors?

Poker Players - think I'm crazy for playing more than one table at once, they seem rather unimpressed with the 2 x 21" monitors.

Tech Heads - appreciate the sheer size of the monitors but don't...

You are absolutely right. I would suggest folding AA pre-flop as they are barely +EV at Party Poker.

Without any reads I would play it the same.

Flop: The flop raise couldn't have turned out much better, MP2 bets and the CO folds leaving you an easy decision IMO. Im not folding this hand without...

Re: An observation on swings and cold cards

I had a stretch of 7,000+ hands where AA was losing money. At the 12k mark everything was back to normal.
