villain is pretty loose/somewhat aggressive preflop and loose passive postflop. (40$)

I would play it the same. since button 3bet prepflop, his flop and turn bet doesn't mean too much by itself. after the turn-3bet I just call down.
river sucks, but the pot is too big to let go.

I think I muck this on the turn. You getting 7-1 and have nothing but an overcard. Even though he is a maniac it's not unreasonable that he has you beat and your outs may be dirty ,too....

I probably play it the same way you did. flop raise is a must here in my oppinion, but i just call down after the 3bet. sure it reeks of a set or twopair, but I think there are many Kx...

without read I call this down. I think it is possible that UTG bluffraises more than 10% unless you see him as passive.
If UTG isn't too passive I normally check/call the turn to induce...
