Re: Loose games when you can almost never protect your hand

About the small suited connectors:

If you knew they will bet behind you AND if you knew that they won't raise behind you you could play them in earlier position.

small suited connectors are...

Re: Fish raises and re-raises me when I have top-2-pr

another answer, just to show, why a sample size of 50 hands is worth nothing if you are looking at Aggression factor (I'm figuring you take only the postflop aggression).
Assuming he's otherwise...

Re: Fish raises and re-raises me when I have top-2-pr

I think the point is: If he had an 5.0 aggression, you would know that he is aggressive postflop not because of the statistics, but because his constant betting and raising. It says much more about a...

better get used to it, or the occassional "Of course I capped Q2o preflop, a Queen is a pretty high card" will give u a heart attack... /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Re: Fish raises and re-raises me when I have top-2-pr

After Flop I'd put him on: 88, KJ, J8, K8 (KK, JJ if h likes to get tricky and slowplay preflop (which you find surprisingly often)) edit: AK and KQ are rare possibilities, too

After the turn I'd...

Re: Fish raises and re-raises me when I have top-2-pr

[Lecture Mode on] the total aggression number normally isn't good enough to base your decision upon (espescially with limited sample size). try to get "real", if not, just play it like you hadn't had...

Re: Playing AKo v Limp-Raiser

I would play it the same. since button 3bet prepflop, his flop and turn bet doesn't mean too much by itself. after the turn-3bet I just call down.
river sucks, but the pot is too big to let go.

Re: Weak?

I'd play it the same. (edit: i.e. I fold the turn)
you'll have to pay 2 bets to show this down
I think you don't catch a bluff often enough and even if he's bluffhappy the pot isn't big enough to...

if we assume he is no ultramaniac, I guess after the flop we can say he holds JJ, QQ, KK or the other AA. QQ is rather unlikely though, cause there are not that many players that cap the...

I think I muck this on the turn. You getting 7-1 and have nothing but an overcard. Even though he is a maniac it's not unreasonable that he has you beat and your outs may be dirty ,too....

Re: KQo A Big Loser. Hand 1.

I probably play it the same way you did. flop raise is a must here in my oppinion, but i just call down after the 3bet. sure it reeks of a set or twopair, but I think there are many Kx...

Re: KQo Hand 3. Top Pair meets River Flush Card

without read I call this down. I think it is possible that UTG bluffraises more than 10% unless you see him as passive.
If UTG isn't too passive I normally check/call the turn to induce...
