Re: KK Turn brings 2nd Ace

Well, the good thing is that the turn card didn't change anything. If you were ahead on the flop, you're still ahead on the turn, and if you were behind, you still are. That being said, when he...

Re: $55: Overpair on paired board- Bet out or check raise?

<<Caveat-limit player converting to NL>>

I'm putting in a pot-sized bet here. But I'm very confused about the pf limp. Can you explain this to me?

Re: QQ HU -- opponents bets out on 3 suited board on turn

Because I don't think he's folding to a raise. I think his likely hand is A/images/graemlins/spade.gifJx, and he calls one on the turn and one more on the river, even on a blank. BTW, I don't mind...

Re: Great flop, did I puss out?

I have no idea. Your cards aren't showing up. Or did you mean this to be a hand-reading exercise?

Re: I Don\'t Know Enough to be a Winning Player (QUIZ)

Ugh. Just awful. He folds AKo/s and JJ to one raise, but wants to 3bet AJs? I don't get it.

I bet/fold the turn, planning to check behind on the river no matter what falls.

I'd be tempted to bet an offsuit J.

Re: QJ, pass the marginal?

I think this is a little thin for a peel getting ~5.5:1, even with implied, but I would like you to convince me otherwise.

"If you don't lose a lot with a set..." blah, blah, blah

Give me a read and I might slow down, but not generally.

What do you think about a raise on the turn. My thinking is I can possibly take down the pot there, or it is only one extra bet to me and a larger pot.

Re: AJo in BB

c/r. If MP1 calls on the flop, I expect him to ck to the flop raiser on the turn, which lets me make a beautiful turn c/r here. Also, I wanna see if MP1 3bets here.

Re: AJo in BB

I call, planning to raise a safe turn card. If MP1 3bets, then I'm done on the turn unless I hit another J.

Re: Thumbs up or down on this hand

You need a thumbs sideways option. I like it up until the river. I much prefer a bet/fold.

Re: Middle pair, standard fold?

First off, why are you posting UTG? Wait one hand, dude. Second, cut off the action after BB bets into you, we don't need to see you would have hit trips on the turn. Lastly, you're getting 9:1 on...
