empire says you need a cd
I downloaded software through empire500, then deposited using the empire500 code. Empire Poker wouldn't give me the 100% bonus, saying I needed to "download the software from the cd".
I gather...

I made my 1st Empire deposit with the empire500 code. Empire won't give me the 100%, saying I should have loaded the software from a cd. This seems like a little false advertising to me, since the...

Re: Never seen anything like it
I had a +$70 hour playing a party .50/1 tables. A bb a hand!
I saw a guy win $900 in probably 6 hours of 3-6 b&m (while I took $300). He hit buckets of straights and barrells of 2prs. There were...

Re: Greg back over $5mm
My problem is: Vorhaus implies that they will play 10-handed AT ONE TABLE. That can't be right. The final table is 9-handed, it has been every year so far as I know. Heck, every table has been...

Well, Mr. Laing ain't in the tourney no more, as of end of day 2. After starting the day with that many chips, I guess he played a wee bit too nutty.

Nothing wrong with what she said or how she said it.

Perhaps she understated how much an average tourney pro should outperform the field...

Re: How do you play this?
If there were no limpers before you, I think you played impecably. But, the limper changes things. With the limper, and 12 1/2 times the BB, I would think about limping, playing for the set or...

big final hand in Party 1/4 mil
I observed todays' Party 1/4 million from 4 tables to the end. The big leader at 10 players remaining blew it in two hands to take 7th, and the player who finished him/her off looked unstopable, at...

Re: World Series of Poker entry fee
The real problem with the "low" $10,00 entry fee is that either the event will take too long or will have faster structure and lose legitamacy. This year the final is seven days, with two flights in...
