UTG is loose weird. 75/5 preflop, strange aggresion numbers, but seems to get more aggresive on the expensive streets. Seen...

Re: respecting river raises

If we disregard bluffing:
A bet OOP on the river often means "I've got something I'll call with, might as well bet it so you don't check behind those hands I beat that you would have called with."...

Re: Linkoping?

It's a small swedish town, mostly students there I believe, but also the home of many great high stakes poker players. Most known is probably Erik Sagstrom (Erik123, TheSalmon).

Re: Empire NO DEPOSIT bonus?

I had the same problem. Then I realised that this form was case sensitive (ungochrik didn't work but UngOchRik did). The usual login form on empire isn't case sensitive afaik. I got this offer:

Re: 5/10 6max river play vs LP-P

Bet.
We make money of LPs by value betting them to death. Sure, he could have a queen or a jack or a flush or whatever, but usually he'll have a worse pair, ace high or even king high or such trash....

Re: All good?

Given...

Re: Value bet this river?

I think you most likely have UTG beat, however, the most obvious draw hit. Is CO aggresive? If so he probably would've raised the flop both with an open ended, and most certainly top pair and you...

Re: Good River Fold AK?

I always call here, maybe it's -EV against this opponent, but I hate observant opponents trying to bluff raise me on the river the next time a scary card hits.
