I have heard the criticism before that Nirvana was to simple a band, but I think thats part of what made them so great, just raw energy and emotion. Bar-bones punk/alt/grunge rock. Basically music...

oops, Linkin Park-Hybrid Theory and Silverchairs-Frogstomp, are pretty good IMO. The rest, I don't like at all.

dude, about 50% of these albums I have heard off and heard( I like most of them), but I cannot possibly see how you guys can think they are some of the best CD's ever. I mean, if you guys like them...

there is no way we all will agree on whats #1, which is partly why I hate these threads. Bah.. Good lists overall though, a bunch of solid albums.
