I can't figure out why I win everyday but Sundays. Not just losses but big losses. The odd thing is the deck would then hit me in the face on Mondays and Tuesdays which more than covered the Sunday...

You have the data. In PT, go to the Session Notes tab and select the More Detail button. This will break down your BB/100 win rate by day and time.
