Big decision in a NL min buyin $5000 game

What do you guys think about how I played my hand. River put in a tough spot just wanted to get some different points of view.

Hero: starts hand with about $4000
Villan: $16000

I think people are missing my point of adjustment due to structure. Its 2-2-1 and 5 dollars to play I should be waiting for good cards in good posisition with no need to risk alot in margional...
