Re: Tricky bubble hand

[ QUOTE ]

1) If I do anything other than push, it is only because the bigstack SB was uber loose. Otherwise, it is an insta-push.

3) If I mini-raise to 550 (as I did), SB pushes, and BB...

Re: Popped the cherry, might as well ask some dumb ones.

Time does not matter if you are measuring in number of games played. So I voted No.

However, time does matter when measuring in real time. That is because over those 4 months one is reading 2+2...

I was waiting for somebody to ask that. I honestly have no answer for you.

Every step of this hand I played differently than I ever have before (other than the original limp). I always check...

After the call on the flop the Hero should have given up and checked the turn and folded to a bet by the villian.

Re: $22 PP - Hooks with an A on the flop and again on the turn

I am convinced I f'd this one up.

As added thought, what about the fact that he DID NOT push the flop? I think he pushes any ace with his stack. Then, as said before, when the 2nd Ace came he...

$22 PP - Hooks with an A on the flop and again on the turn

Limping pocket Jacks from EP is a usual play for me. When he raised the turn, I was sure he had an Ace. Now I am not so sure. I could have called his raise and seen the river hoping to check it...

Re: $11 - bubble situation. JJ - push?

Lots of times I ask myself, "Would I post this hand if I had won?"

You made a great play IMO. AWALK has to have a great hand to call you. Doesn't have to have a great hand to call shorty. You...

Re: PP $22 - First hand ITM. Call the push with 22?

PP $22 - First hand ITM. Call the push with 22?

Considerations:
- Dunno how villain plays ITM (ie, is he doing this with a wide range?). Obviously I am no better than coin-flip.
- If coin flip, 50% to win $40, 50% to win $60 for a chance to...

I fold this PF based on BB's and UTG's stacks. I'd rather deal with him on my own terms and not in pushbot mode.

Re: How man SNGs did you play before you started showing profit?

Some VERY well respected 2+2ers will tell you that almost nobody is profitable over the long run. So, if profitablility is your goal and are fortunate enough to get there, quit.

Re: 22: KQs in the SB

You're only in t50 on this hand. LVL1 - LVL4 I usually just let them take it if they want it. You still have BB to act behind, you are sandwiched, so calling sucks IMO. If I want to tell CO to...
