Re: This fold been bugging me

Not sure what you are waiting for, but this seems like a good spot to ship it 100% of the time given the circumstances.

Re: 99 preflop decision $100r

Of course you do. But so may players will make the standard continuation bet with a good ace hoping that the flop didn't help you and try and take down the pot with a strong bet. This might sound a...

Re: 99 preflop decision $100r

If the flop comes all low cards and he leads out for 3000k, there is no calling at that point it's auto push. Your looking for a good flop and I think anything 10 and under would be considered a...

Re: 99 preflop decision $100r

At the very least this is a call. You have to play some poker in order to win.

Re: What\'s your typical pre-flop line with AK facing a min-raise behind?

Not looking to go crazy with AK this early, I would call and play some post flop poker. If you miss you miss, it's just one hand out of many.

Re: KQs in late position - Please comment on all streets

I would of played it the exact same way, and I would of called on the river and lost another 900 just like you did.

Re: QQ on an A high flop.

Why raise the river here, your only going to get called by a better hand. Raise preflop or on the flop, it's alot easier to play a hand knowing were at in the hand, then guessing on the river whether...

Re: set on board

If you were going to call 200 all the way to the river why not take control of the hand and raise it up to 600 or so on the flop. Looks like a pretty good flop for AQ. If he call the raise then...

Re: 180SnG, TPTK Facing Bet On Flop

This is a clear raise situation. Hard to win these things playing scared early and someone has to pick up the dead money so it mine as well be you. I would raise 100% of the time and from the size...

He's either crazy or has you beat. I would fold.

Re: Overpair on non scary flop

Playing 5 handed I doubt I would ever limp UTG with two nines. The most important thing is to know where you are at in a particuliar hand and now you have no clue. With this flop its about as good...

Re: Pot Limit Question

There is no question you should be more patient in PL. In NL moving in with J 10 UTG is ok cause you can get a better hand to fold (though I don't suggest that play either). You have chips to wait a...

This is a no brainer. Fold. Tilt or no tilt K 3 is K 3.

Re: Strass

what if you open raise and get reraised all in is this an auto call for you? Is there any equity in folding you still have 13k to work with?

Re: FOLD

Just because the result you were looking for didn't happen, doesn't mean you didn't make the right play. One more round and you might have to push with A T, but as it stands after the blinds you...

Re: Standard, yet worth discussing

You lead with it, Im not sure how abvious it is. What's obvious is that UTG is going broke this hand, win or lose. I like calling here and seeing what developes on the turn. If I get the feeling...

Re: AA hand. A flat call here?

MP2 is not calling unless he has a serious hand. I doubt he is calling a 3k raise with K Q (but who knows). I would ship it and if MP2 wants to come along fine.

Re: If you thought you hated my LAST $55 hand post...

I don't see anything wrong with the way you played this hand discribing the player you were playing it against. Sometimes it just doesn't work out.

Re: Hand from Stars $10R

I would have folded preflop. Small reraise = big hand/about 90% of the time. Your not losing much if anything by folding. So what, they know you raise it up with crap, you want action on your good...
