I'm an abc player and almost all my losses come from suckouts. I routinely get beat by 5:1 and 10:1 dogs. I would like to play a game where skill wins. I am just about to give up holdem for good.

limit omaha 8/b and stud/8 both have lower variance than limit holdem, mainly because they are hi/lo.
