Re: Pushing AK suited, level 1, 11$

Re: How to play 10 10 in this situation.

JJ,TT,99 any hand like that is going to be tough to play here. I don't think I re-raise here preflop. I'd probably of check raised less on the flop.

Re: Should i lay down AKs here?

You can't know what's going to happen in the future. If you're a weaker player I guess a call wouldn't be too bad here. But if you're decent, you should, on average be able to find better spots...

Re: weird AA hand.. early levels suggestions?

Don't bet 300 on the flop if its your intention to think about folding...not that I'd be folding or anything though.

Re: AA vs paired board.. Do we fear the trips, like bad acid ?

Raise more preflop...he's probably getting implied odds to call with any 2 if you're going to play this hand this way.

Your bet postflop commits you to call any raise. It's really difficult to...

Re: Party Poker 10+1s and 20+2s ROI

There's no gaurantees in poker. Sure, you might easily make more than you would have at a summer job. Don't forget if you receive negative variance you might lose your entire stake. As said in...

Re: A9 flop play early (30+3)

He said fold you didn't really advocate a line before.

The point of my post wasn't to advocate any particular line either it was only to show that this TPTK with backdoor flush draw it not that...

Re: My first $33 and a tough decision early

1. I think your call here is ok.
2. I don't really like this mini-raise unless you're going to immediately know to fold to their all in.
3. Refer to 2.

An additional question...why move up in...

Re: A9 flop play early (30+3)

Depends on the reads you have of the players.

This hand is not as strong as you make it out to be. I really don't see the nut backdoor diamond draw as a powerful asset you should use in your...

Re: So, do I WANT people to make calls like this? (low content-kind of

Re: genoa_st step 5 higher -- he made a correct call
