My attempt for the free card on the flop didn't go too well. But villian's check on the turn confused me. What would you do. Bet and fold to a check raise?

I think you should understand the reasons he is recommending an S Corporation. Why not an LLC?

I didn't raise the flop because of the highly coordinated board. I figured I would raise the turn when a safe card came. Of course, a raise wouldn't protect my hand....
