Re: BAD Board, BAD Position, GREAT Hand...HELP!!!

[ QUOTE ]
This thread is an example of how playing what people on 2+2 think of as TAG can sometimes be counterproductive.

You have a monster that is vulnerable but not horribly so. A hand like A...

Re: Another hand from the Orleans

I love the line; but I would prefer to be against a player that I knew could make a "big" laydown. Since the field was weak (and presumably Hero would find a number of other spots where he has an...

Re: How do you apply the 10xbb rule in a pot limit tournament?

Ill leave it to the PL experts to address the 10X BB rule.

Max bet = all $$ in pot when it gets to you + your call + your call

Re: Chopping question (live 18 person tourney)

Were the blinds 5K/10K or just 500/1000?

If its the latter, this isnt even close to a crap shoot (you have 50xBB!). Keep playing.

Re: AKs, hooray? or AKs, oh no?

Youre right; "classic squeeze" wasnt the right term.

A little more color on UTG - he had folded to reraises at least twice before. Villan 2 appeared perceptive, and had probably picked up on...

AKs, hooray? or AKs, oh no?

Stars $22+R; about 60 left; 27 pay.
