There is no quick/simple way as you would have to re-encode the remainder of the movie.

For this, VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) is probably the easiest.

I once played in a home-game where if you wanted to check-raise, you had to declare "check-raise" instead of just checking; otherwise it would be considered a string bet.
