over limping w/ 22

I've heard that limping in a 6 max game w/ any PP is good as long as there is 1 other limper. Why is this the case? You are 7:1 to flop a set and playing a PP vs 3-4 people is the worst case...

Re: A few second pair hands

Why is the second one call and fold turn UI? We need 8.6:1 to draw to a second pair and we aren't getting it.

Better than 1 time in 3

I've seen people say that in order to bet or raise the river you must be good more than 1 time in 3 to make up for the times you are raised.

Math-wise, how exactly do they get this number?

Re: TT vs UTG raise to give up on the river.

New version assuming villian will only raise turn if he has a heart.

Villian could have
7h7x x3
8h8x x3
9h9x x3

which means 9 ways to win

Re: TT vs UTG raise to give up on the river.

These are my thoughts on the situation.

Villian could have

88 x6
99 x6
TT x1

which means 19 ways to win

Re: Got trips, when should I raise the turn, when should I raise the r

Ok, then why would a full time pro who plays 30/60 online raise the river against a fish. I'm not posting this for a standard line. That would be way to easy of a question.
