When DO you trust that voice in your head?

Re: Is it live..........

I've never played these 70+7's but assuming normal Party players, this is a J almost all the time. Against a range of any jack, you're a 1.3-1 underdog getting 1.36-1...So I'm not sure what I do....

Here's the thing - I knew he had it. It was either AA or QQ since I held Kings.

Re: Folding a presumed coinflip.

Re: Short Stack Early Question

If the limper's early or I have some kind of read, MAYBE I fold. Otherweise, I'm happily pushing. You pick up the pot reasonably often and QJs is doing just fine against a normal players limping...

Re: I want to watch...

If you like limit, I'm still alive in the super wednesday. 130 left, 70 make the money. I'm about average.

Steve (stevejpa)

p.s. as I post this, my TT loses to T8, now I'm well below average.

Re: Flop trips from sb... play along with me

Bet, it's the best way to win a big pot off of a king which may well put in a big raise to protect against the flush draw. Also, gets more money in from a flush draw which may take a free card if you...

Re: $5K Trump Classic hand - I am a chicken

I agree with betting the turn but I hate your flop min-reraise. Is there any real hand you would do this with?

Odds are you probably have the best hand, but you gotta protect it from straight draws so I wouldn't check.

Re: Interesting satellite bubble hand

Are the players to your left big/medium/small stacks? If they're big, there's a good chance I'd push. It's a close spot and you probably aren't going to be able to steal blinds much (if they're big...

Re: 1st break

Great start, up to 9k at the break. Overpair runs into set, TPTK runs into flush, back where I started.
