Re: Live QQ Hand

The key here for me is the range in which the villain is value betting. Does it include top 2? top set? Much easier to justify this type of call if you can rule out non straight hands he would never...

Re: I\'m a major LAG

Worryin about the SB is like the least concern in my book.

I think this is a pretty interesting spot. But I think if you are that spooked about his limp, all the more reason to limp behind with...

Re: 50/100 HU hand #1

Indepth game theory question

So Im sitting 10 20 stars and zeebo sits with 400. He moves in the first hand I have JTs.

What do I do?

Factors to keep in mind:

Re: heads up preflop question(s)

Good post. The key is to reraise very liberally from the button.

I sometimes start a heads up match reraising every hand from the button. You want your opponent to feel like you are running him...

Re: folding QQ preflop?

I was more leaning towards the fact that in this game you should be reraising preflop a lot.

Re: folding QQ preflop?

Im not saying fold is incorrect, but if this thread isnt an indication about how you should be playing this game, then you need to get smarter.

Re: River bluff against BBuddy

I like to give up this river. Unless you are a very tough player and buddy knows it, you are likely not value betting just an ace here, and you are also likely not holding just a queen. I think if...

Re: UB 25/50: I fold a hand (for once)

People in this game will value bet worse hands like this, and for that reason alone I think the price is right.

Re: Bellagio ME hand #2

Just call and play poker, not sure what type of advice your looking for here. A push seems pretty bad unless he's folding better hands, a reraise seems bad because then he can play for your stack...

Re: results
