Raise flop. If not that, then just call turn, what is the point of pushing all-in? Pot is gonna be big on the river, you don't have that many chips left anyway, you are probably going to get paid...

1 - Don't raise like that preflop, what is the point? You generally expect that any limpers will call such a small raise, and the BB who, from your description, is looking for chances to get in...
