I did this a few times and it did slow him down. As far as this hand with k7, it's not really good enough to limp reraise allin, especially since the blinds are so small.

No, my pair is 7s, so overs also include 8s and 9s. So qj, q9, q8, j9, j8, and 98 are all 2 overs
