50/50 is the most fair. If I were in his position thats what I would do, why quibble over a few hundred when you would both be happy with $1500 each?

Personally, I'm not a fan of Indian casinos. Pretty much everything in wisconsin is subpar in fact. Can anyone recommend something in northern Illinois, Minnesotta, or Iowa?

Easy call. ~70% chance to basically lock in a money finish and great chance at 2nd or 1st is a no brainer. Folding here is just too weak for me. Even if you are on a bad losing streak you shouldnt...

I would raise to 2-3x BB... either 1050 total or 1125.
If he pushes, I fold and assume he has either 7's or better, or A-T or better, which would put me at 30%. Easy decision.

So it isn't that useful for SNG players? Excell spreadsheet works just as well... what other options are there to keep quality stats?
