What are the odds of 100 hands no PP?

Just played in a home tourney. I made it to the 8th level. With each round lasting 20 minutes and 6-10 players at the tables at various times I'm figuring I saw about 100 hands or so. Out of those...

How do I tell them that starting with ~2500 (they like to have LOTS of chips, and play with stupid mid-denoms like 50 chips) and blinds starting at 25-50 and doubling every 20 minutes is a...

From what I understand they're still around but keep their games more closed now due to the law enforcement atmosphere in VA regarding raked poker games. I'm willing to bet the recent home invasion...

Showing One Card in an Uncalled Hand

What do folks think of showing 1 card when everyone folds to you before showdown? I tried this once in a live tournament and it worked well. I'd gotten a bit shortstacked, had gone all-in a couple...

Even when I beat them (regularly) people who call off their chips for whatever reason really tick me off. I don't understand the play of these idiots who won't bet but they'll call if they think...

Starting Stacks: Deep vs. Shallow (differences in strategy?)

Given starting stacks of 1000 chips where the BB is 10% of the starting stack by the 4th round, vs. starting stacks of 5000 where...
