NEED HELP-11 players left in 20k tourney

I've been playing very well thus far in this live tourney. SB has been raising my blinds continuously and then showing down garbage-hes young and arrogant

Blinds are 4-8k with a 800ante
Hero(85k)...

Villain just took a big pot off me after calling my big stack push on the turn, i had two pair and he had flush draw, river he hit flush....he has raised 70% of his hand preflop..here is the hand......

I would check-raise turn again, if he is the maniac you speak of then he will call and you hope for a blank on the river. I would then value bet the river to maximize your profit.
