How do I learn BB defens

I know that it takes a large sample size for the BB to converge.

That said I have played about 23k hands and I'm loosing at the rate of (0,22)BB/hand
So even if it just is variance I need to...

Its pretty likely that someone has AK tainting your 2 T outs. And becose of there gutshot they will never...

what can I do with good HH?

I have played about 500 sngs mostly 33 at party. My ROI is about 15%. So I think I need to improve my game if I want to move up. The thing is that I can get hold on hand histories from a great 200+15...

Ok fair enough, you go with the 2+2 standard defens, cheackraise to charge the mximum when you are ahead.

But then my first question comes up again. Why does HFAP recomend that you must bet out...

Kiddo I understand that you feel that you cheacks means that you have nothing. But what do you feel about betting out with pairs, draws and some bluffs and cheackraising you pairs that have kicker...

If we talk about tuff games you clearly can't play it the same every time. So you have to use both cheakraise and betting out.
I figure one way to know when to do witch is to cheackraise those...

A correction to my first post. HFAP's standard line is to just bet out against the preflop raieser. I was off about the turn cheackraise, really sorry about that.

I don't play this high but at lower limits many people cap there flusdraws on the flop, and then check/call.. Other hands that can play the flop this way is a pair+straight draw. And this will pay...
