jmillerdls,

Actually that's exactly what imminent means. I believe you're thinking of inevitable.

I'll probably be there Sat. night. I usually play the 20 or the 40, so I'll say hi if I see you.

Re: LA\'s Commerce Casino Hotel

Typing this from my room at The Commerce. No one has mentioned it and you didn't ask, but the rooms here do have internet access for $10/day or $50/week. Don't know how that compares to the other...

Re: Finding a free alternative to party mine (too lazy to archive)

Seriously. You either don't need to be mining or you need to cough up the $30. The program and the support Prod1gy gives are worth substantially more than the purchase price.

Re: Tippers for the Strippers

She got $1 more than she deserved.

I don't really understand the tipping girls on stage thing (though my friends always do it). My plan of attack is:

1) Wait until I see a girl I like on stage,...

Re: THE NATIONAL/CLAP YOUR HANDS trip report

Thanks for the report. It's nice to hear that someone else is in love with The National. I'm going to see them this Sat. in the only venue in sh1tty Phoenix, AZ. that I actually like.

I think the...

Re: Corona

For a good Corona try this: Take a sip of the Corona and then fill most of the remaining space in the bottle with Bacardi Limon and add lime.

Repeat.

Try Provigil. It's approved to be prescribed for insomnia (to help stay awake, not sleep) and Shift Work Sleep Disorder (a made-up ailment). Very little in the way of side effects and you'll focus...

Misplayed KK from SB?

I don't know if this hand is interesting, but I post very rarely so cut me some slack.

UTG appears to be a little bit laggy from what I've seen. He's 40/25/3.5. CO appears to be a bit too loose...

Re: Life in Phoenix

The name of the bar/restaurant is Kona Grill. It's a big chain and the food is avg, not great IMO. Regarding the slutty and gorgeous hostesses, waitresses and customers, I definitely agree.

Can anyone tell me which episode this is in? There have been several episodes with him, but I can't remember this one.

Re: What\'s Your Favorite Love Story?

Great flick. You will surely enjoy 2046. I don't think it's been released in North America yet, but I bought the DVD online and it is amazing. Better than In The Mood For Love, IMHO.

Nobody ever believes that you're a High Stakes Pro because you post 2/4 hands asking for help.
