Re: I WON!! Help me buy something!!

I've had samples of most of the popular ones, Pharaoh's NCV are my favorite (NCV means there's no $ amount on the chip, just colors & symbols so you could use them for any amount you wanted). Paulson...

Re: Can results this ridiculous indicate poor play?

Certainly not unheard of, if I put in a good session where I get some great hands and get very few if any bad beats for large pots $1000 for 2k hands of NL100 6max isn't out of the question (I've...

You need to make smarter friends - those who simply cannot conceive of someone who can do something they are incapable of are the saddest individuals. Reminds me of my days playing online fps games -...

Re: the last hand of the session

Open push everytime this situation comes up and show the bluff. Builds up a crazy image and you can exploit it best by.. leaving.

Worse than normal beat - Hate the ones you had to work for

SB in this hand is thinking, but very LAG - I knew my flop raise would scream weakness to this particular guy, set it up just perfectly, and... [censored]. He was 1.7% to win from the flop.

Party...

Re: I am pissed (not high content, but not exactly low)

Standard. Check-raise is also fine, even slow playing the flop entirely against the right opponent (assuming it was guaranteed heads up) would be fine in moderation.

Flopping a set and having it...

Re: Turned Quads, How do I extract the most $?

Hmm, yeah in retrospect that's what I should have done. Instead I just checked the turn, he bet $1, and I smooth called. River came the ace of spades, and I went all-in (making it look...

Busted draws will usually check behind at these stakes against players who fired twice.

I agree, but busted draws who happen to pair will likely fold to a bet (and those...

Re: Top Set hits a bad board, river?

Raise to $1.50 preflop. 3 or 4x BB + 1BB per limper is standard play. Bet pot or at least 2/3 pot on flop and turn and probably value bet this river for 1/2-2/3 potish folding to a raise, but...

Re: Overpair hands...standard plays?

Good plays IMO - 1st hand you're probably beat, but you're getting a good price so I wouldn't fold this. 2nd hand you're probably ahead more than not, but don't expect to be ahead all the time given...

Re: Losing value or prudence??

Re: .5/1 AK mega draw

This is definitely a preflop raise 100% of the time and probably a post-flop 3-barrel hand for me. Hit the flop with your usual continuation bet, 1/2-2/3 pot on the turn and something like 1/3-1/2...

Yes, I use minraises almost exclusively against good, aggressive players. First reason for minraising is without reads, an aggressive plahyer will be betting alot of flops and will generally fold to...

The reason you didn't find it too fast in google (assuming you searched) was "pokerace" is one word. url above is correct.

Re: should i move back to $25?
