Re: 100+9, victim of stop-n-go, call?
Would you have called a push preflop? If so (and I would have) I think I call this without thinking about it too much. 1400 is the same as 1800, as I'll be in all in mode next orbit, but 2600...

Re: QQ in MP please give advice
I agree with those who said your preflop bet was too big.
Bet 1500-2000 preflop (I like 3X).
With one caller I am betting any flop something like 75% pot. With an 1800 initial bet, that would...

KQ in the small blind, on the bubble
20+2 SNG on Party. 4 left, one very short stack with roughly 500, two with around 1200, and one big stack with over 4500 who has been a blind vaccuum the last few orbits.
Blinds are 200-400. I...

Re: QQ utg in stars rebuy
You can't go broke on this hand, you have better than double his stack. Zero reason to worry about AA/KK in this situation, especially during the rebuy period, if he's got it pay him with your...

Re: 88 hand debatable?
You are getting 2-1 on your call, and your read is a coin flip. I think this is an easy call.

Re: Pokerroom $15K - Near Final Table Decision
I assume the blinds are going up to 6000-12000? So you'll be at roughly 4 bb in the next orbit with 6-7 at the table. If he folds to your push, or a call and flop push, the 21,000 in the pot takes...

Re: first hand of a $200+$15
I don't play anywhere near the 200 level, but at the 20-30's seems most of the time this is a high flush draw, with a decent likelyhood of it AKh.

Re: PP 10+1: QQ with an awful flop
Not much you can do without tieing yourself to the pot postflop. Since the other two players have you so outchipped, leading out 100 will not get rid of an ace, or probably even a king. If you want...

Playing a straight with a paired board.
20+2 multi on pokerroom, play is pretty loose. I have 2500 and the other player has 1500 or so. BB is 50, two limpers to me in the blinds, I have Q10 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif. I call, SB...

Re: Flopped Flush - How do you play this hand?
Since you are short stacked, I would have bet the pot to make sure the Ace of hearts doesn't get a free card, but thats just personal preference. The way you played it, once the two bets go in no...

Re: Trapped?
You really can't reraise him preflop and leave yourself any wiggle room postflop, so just get it all in preflop.
Postflop, all you can do to get away from it is make your half pot bet and give up...
