Re: Did I overplay this monster?

Did he say he folded AA or did he show it? He could have very well had AKs. The way he played this hand that would be my first guess.

If he didn't show his AA I wouldn't believe it. You only...

Re: Smart or dumb?

I think this is a terribly wrong play.

The pot isn't big enough to throw your entire stack in there.

Re: The infamous Rounders hand.

The results are slightly off.

River: ($105) J (2 players)
MP bets $65, MP calls $118.73.

It shows him bet $65 and then call my all-in for $118 more. I did go all-in. Had I known his hand I...

Re: The infamous Rounders hand.

Because normally when you have AA, and hit an A on the flop your opponent isn't going to have much. I was trying to induce a bluff on his part, so when he raised me $20 on the turn that's what I...

Re: Figuring out profit for SNGs

Thank you, I'm doing it now.

For some reason, I only see the last few weeks in that folder though, any reason for that? Could they be somewhere else?

Re: Figuring out profit for SNGs

I actually did it a few ways, came up with a few different numbers, just wanted to see what others came up with.

I don't keep my poker winnings as my bankroll. I constantly withdraw money and...

Re: Figuring out profit for SNGs

Simply because I don't have the luxury of keeping my poker winnings in my account. I use them to pay bills.

I also keep no track whatsoever of my winnings. I just know I win money, and have been...

Figuring out profit for SNGs

$30+3 Table: 89 wins / 110 losses / 44.72% wins

Can someone give me a rough formula for figuring out my 'estimated' profit for this many games?

1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%

Re: Why does everyone insist you can\'t fold Kings preflop?

Why does everyone insist you can\'t fold Kings preflop?

I've heard it from every place I can think of. Forums, books, players, etc.

I just don't agree with it!

There are times when I'm at least 90% sure I'm against Aces preflop.

Situation such...
