Re: Party 30% Up To 150 Reload Bonus 10x (Maybe)

Worked for me as well. As of 11/17/2005 21:21. For anyone that wants to know you get one month to clear the hands and the cash goes directly to your Cash Balance.

Re: Music in the Hellmuth\'s walkman in 89, :P

If the only version of this song is the one that Geri did a couple of years ago... you are too young to be playing poker... or I am WAY older than I want to be. Either way... your post depressed...

Re: Open Challenge Reminder

Ugh... 3150 hands. Started the month great. Had most of those hands done in 3 days. But past week has been miserable.

Will have to at least triple this by next week, to even make this...

Re: Am I a Pussy?

Hand 1 - I think you have to 3 bet the turn. If capped, then you check call the river. If he just calls your 3 bet, i would lead out on the river.

Hand 2 - Sorry... I have to say it. Vagina...

Re: Which level is better for clearing the Party bonus: .5/1 or 1/2?

Really? I feel bonuses clear much faster at 3/6 that 2/4. Though I have never cleared a bonus at 1/2 6 max, but it seems that at 3/6 almost 70-80% of the pots are raked. But that is just a...

Re: Calling down with Kings?

I might raise the turn here and fold to a 3 bet. I'm not sure what the consensus is on raising the flop. Since he is passive and loose I am guessing either AA or AXc is villians hand.

Re: Sucks to be you, LAG-boy. (kinda low content)

I understand your reasoning that the Button would not fold if he picked up the draws. However, wouldn't that also argue for a 3bet as you would want to charge him for it?

Re: Sucks to be you, LAG-boy. (kinda low content)

Is 3 betting the turn a valid play here? Or were you trying to keep the button in? I would 3 bet the turn to try to get button out in case he picked up a straight draw.

I do not think you need...

Re: On a 180 BB downswing, is the following analysis correct?

While I agree with Homer's analysis and really found it useful... I am going to be siding with The-Matador (aka various other people) on this one (excuse me while I put my flame suit on).

Too many...

This kind of challenge is just the kind of temptation to become a real poker addict/full time nut. But I got the 9-5 to think about and until I can reliably make my mortgage...

Re: Poll - what is your skill level compared to your bankroll?

This post made me laugh out loud. Thanks!

Btw, I voted bankroll larger than skill. However I am taking the Raymer view point of never playing with money not won on the tables. In my poker...

I am joining the HUSH crowd and have a lot to learn about short handed games, so take my thoughts with a large decanter of salt.

1. I think the 3 bet is fine if you have a decent read on the UTG...

Did a cursory dig of the GT+ forums at www.pokerdominion.com. (http://www.pokerdominion.com.) Doesn't seem like anyone has gotten GT+ to work with Absolute. And Playerview does not work with...

I'm confused as to your hand 1 analysis. Are you you suggesting a course of action if he had AA?

Re: stalling in heads up tournament game....cheating?

You are missing the point in the responses. No one is saying that they look for a 1000 chips 50-100 blind game. But everyone and their mother has told you pretty much the same things:

Does it...

Re: I am embarrassed. (Party 15)

I agree with James. Call the turn. The pot is huge now, and unless someone has the boat or quads your hearts outs are the nuts. I would not be that agressive on the river however, in case there is...
