Re: All in in the BB question

The way I ruled, I put in 25 into the main pot of 75, no problem there, but LP had orig put in 100, and then got 100 from the side pot when SB folded, so he had no investment in the main pot.

SB posted (50)

Re: TT hand.. keep betting.?

I would typically keep pushing here until Im shown some strength.

If SB likes to check-raise, I might let the turn check thru, but then would have to consider a river bet to be for value after...

Re: Overplayed Top Set?

With 4 limpers (+ the BB) you almost have the odds to raise preflop with a baby pair for the set value alone (I would with 5 limpers, or from the BB). The fact that your pair (JJ) are almost a...

Watching the action from my boat

SB and UTG+1 had been mouthing at each other, and it seemed that every street would be capped reguardless of what I did.

The biggest thing I miss at the Party table is an audio indication that is different for a raise,...

Should I have run away?

Chasing a straight that didn't come, I really didn't think that the jacks would hold up (I thought the villain was screaming big pair), but Ive been trying not to see monsters everywhere. What do...
