I agree with many of your points but the fact remains, the legal age to gamble in the state of Mississippi is 21. There are always exceptions to the rule. I know 12 year olds that are mature enough...

Actually, she's a law student. She was more concerned if she was charged it would show up on her record and harm her in the future. About as far from red-neck as you can get. Very nieive is more...
