Re: Playing Poker on a 30\" Monitor

I do think some of the cheaper mentioned cards will work, but this is my suggestion.

It's $175 bucks, and its a beast of a card. ...

Help With Odd Computer Problem

Hi,

I just built my first PC. I used an Athlon 3700+ with a 256MB PCIE 6600GT. Everything seems to work great, until I loaded Half Life 2. It launches, goes to the first screen, goes to the...

Re: Video Card Recommendation, please

The first one is good, but very expensive. Unless you are really into games, you don't need a 7800. Do you have to buy from Dell?

Browse NewEgg, and they have lots of options. I prefer GeForce of...

Are 2001\'s HD?

I have an ATI-All in wonder with one DVI, and a Cable Input. If I plug in my cable, and use the monitor connected digitally, will the major networks be in High Def?

Thanks

Re: PP 22- JJ Flop is all undercards

I call as fast as I can and expect to see K10 or A10 a huge majority of the time. Like 99.999999% of the time. The other %.000001 will be split between a completely ridiculous hand like 77 and a hand...

Re: 22: i feel sick... someone fix my line

What are you sick about?

Seems like a fine way to play it to me. When he checkraises, there are way too many hands (Q 10) seems likely that have you crushed. I would also bet the turn, because...

Re: I\'m going to be beating my self up over this for a while

I was at your table when this happened. (I actually busted you at the end.)

I felt for you, because this is as close to unfoldable as it gets, without being unfoldable. I could tell from your...

Re: Is it right to call a flush draw here?

I think I was at your table, and like your fold there. Good luck, and I'm glad you're gone.

Congrats on the win, I'm on table 9 with 47K. Check me out if you have the time. I hope I don't have to consider laying down a set.

Re: anybody in the Party $10 at 8:30 EST?

QQ against 1010 preflop to get up to 46K. How are you doing? I'm used to STT, so the time this has taken has me really emotionally invovled. I have 30BB, so I can wait for AA, at least for a while,...

I'm really unlucky. I use a spreadsheet, obviously only having one entry makes my formula sad, and I was too lazy/dumb to catch it.

This is fun.

228 22's = 20.06% ROI

156 11's = 20.05%

6 33's = -69.70%

1 55 = -250%

I only scored 1390 on my SATs but in my defense I didn't care at all about school back then, spent exactly 0 hours studying for the test and took it after 4 hours of sleep.

Re: Best monitor for multi tabling

This has been discussed ad nauseum, but the 2001FP is best. There is a thread that has coupons to get it for 439. You won't do better than that.
