Re: DERB

When the first derb thread showed up, like Andrew, I was the first one to believe that someone with such stats could be one of the biggest winners in a semi-tough game. Like Andrew also probably, I...

Re: RESULTS

1) Those thinking that she called the flop in order to take a shot on the turn are wrong. She might do it sometimes, but she called mostly as a drawing hand and as a possible currently winning hand....

Re: Is it Possible I\'m Ahead Here?

In a made hand vs made hand confrontation, then innocuous cards are certainly a good reason to fold after showing considerable strength.
However, you should always consider the possibility of busted...

Re: 10/20: blind defense round 3, part 4 - K8o

Folding the flop would be bad, you can either raise the flop on this board in order to take the free card or call the flop.

PLO 10-20 10 handed.
I have As6s42. 4 people limp in and I complete in the SB.
Flop comes A64 rainbow (I don't...

Re: Wynn 150-300 -- I hate limit hold\'em

Well it seems to me that under reasonable assumptions (opponent sensibly more likely to have the best hand, check raise a minority of time and check raise means best hand in the vast majority of...

I always tended to believe that successful females had to be smarter than their male counterparts.
I seriously have a hard time believing that a game where game theory seems to be much more...

Worse hands don't usually fold the turn, I don't agree. Typical mid-high limit player is very tenacious on this kind of board and with this betting sequence.
