Re: ***OFFICIAL*** September Goals Thread

Dear Raptor,

You are my all time favorite poster ever.

I was playing a SnG this week and this guy (don't remember the name) typed "holla" into the chat box. I said "raptor?". But he didn't...

Re: Sup Bro?

We should use it as a 2+2 calling card.

If someone throws out a "Sup bro?" all the 2+2ers will know that it's another 2+2er.........

Nevermind. Maybe that's a bad plan.

But I'm still...

Re: Best Heater Ever (No Content)

Coolio. I'll be on in about 11 or 12 hours.

Harrington on Holdem Vol.1 - I'm so on that project. Thanks for the advice.

But I still gotta read the Doyle. Come on now. Did you see him spank that...

Re: Best Heater Ever (No Content)

I actually started on Pacific. Won my first "big" tournament there so it'll always have a special place in my heart.

I go by the theory that Party has the most people so it must have the most...

The 22s on Party.

I don't have a textbook. I've read a few though and I'm getting Super System (borrowed) soon but all of my ideas and strategy come from this site pretty much.

Mind you, I...

I am the last person you should be taking advice from so I'm not gonna tell you how to play BUT...... Research the living hell out of this forum (which is not hard to do) and you're good to go. I...

Re: Best Heater Ever (No Content)

I sleep at night time.
I play poker in the morning (because I'm currently in South Korea.)
I eat in the day time.
I drink in the evening.
Lather.
Rinse.
Repeat.

Are you sure you can turn the...

Best Heater Ever (No Content)

I'm on the biggest baddest heater ever.

53% ROI and 52% ITM over the last 100 SnGs. Intense. I wish it would last forever. It sure makes it easier when I get beat by AJ against my AQ on the...

Re: Too many 4th-7th place finishes?

I got a reply from Citanul! Oh my god. Oh my god.

(Shut the f*ck up, Donnie, your out of your element.)

Ok, I'm done. Seriously, thanks for the advice. I'll take it into consideration.

Do you like this bubble push?

I had been very aggressive in the last two hands and taken down both pots with no showdown. Was this a good push? +EV at all? Wait for a better spot? Obviously I don't need the chips but I'm trying...

Re: 100 Party 22 SnG stats. (Comments?)

Yea, I've been reading about how a lot of good players are at the 33's. Something to think about for sure. Maybe I'll just play one 33 while playing two 22s and look at the stats after 100 33s or so....

Re: 100 Party 22 SnG stats. (Comments?)

I know. I was just so excited to hit my first 100. I won't check back in until 500 next time, I promise.

Re: 100 Party 22 SnG stats. (Comments?)

I actually play extremely tight early on. Suited connecters and Ax suited get hypermucked from anywhere except BB (or SB in level 1). Basically I wait for the big double up and I chill out until...

100 Party 22 SnG stats. (Comments?)

Ok. Been playing the 22s for a bit. Just hit 100. Had a one 10 straight buy-in loss and one 9 straight buy-in loss. Made me feel sick inside but it all worked out in the end. This includes one pot...

Party 22- Weak AQo play?

Party 22

What do you think of this hand? With two callers and then a big raise that was called on the turn I felt I had to get away from it. I am assuming trips or worse but I never found out....

Re: $11 Progress and question.

That's great advice. I never thought of doing that. I think I will transition it and not just make the direct jump.

$5+1 Party Poker Multi Hand

Early in the Tourny. Level 2 I think. I just got off of duobling up with AA maybe 5 hands ago. My stack is 2200.

I'm in SB with 3 limpers previous. 10/20 blinds.
I look down and see AKs. I pop...
