Question: Star\'s FPP chip set

Anybody know anything about the quality of the PokerStars player point chip set? Looks like it might be fairly cheap chips with a hot stamp on them...

Stars has tons of fish, at least at the $6 and $11 SNG level. Perhaps Stars gets more difficult FASTER than other sites as you move upwards, but I am doing just fine at stars, and can't believe the 1...

Their poker room is very nice, and they tend to get a lot of fish. They have a 2/5 NL game with a $200 max buy.

If you look up reviews of poker rooms in Vegas, they will say the same...

What is the protocol for tipping dealers in a cash game? I know you should tip when you take down a pot--but not sure how much. Do you tip when you steal the blinds? Thanks in advance!
