Unfortunately i'm away from my home comp at the moment, so i don't have access to the source, and i can only guess what might be the problem.

Try using a capital "M", i can't remember if it's case...

Yep, an option to not move any tables in any way, and simply mark the active table using some sort of colored thingy instead.

It seems there's still one unsolved bug. In the case that you have the options to Fold, Call or All-In raise, the bet function doesn't work, using keyboard controls. Trying to bet with the keyboard...

I'm releasing a new version tonight. I've complete reworked the inner workings, simplified it a lot to reduce any bugs. No new features, but i hope it works more stable for people.
