Re: Need help with a simple and very basic AQo pre-flop/flop question

Lets assume your opponent will cap 5 hands, (aa-jj, aks). Taking a turn card you are looking for any of the 3 aces or 3 qs. If you hit your q you will win twice in every 5 times this situation...

Re: 6 handed 100/200 ATo

Is it possible that he would push a flush draw harder on the flop, or even his top pair decent kicker for that matter? Once you have eliminated UTG, SB's aggression level will likely cause him to 3...

Re: playing JJ

i think by not 3 betting this preflop you lend you self to situations where you fold when you ahead and pay off too much when you are behind.

Re: Back to the online grind: 43s

You have this loose fish in the CO and you are attempting to bumb him out of the hand?!?! This lure might not be big enough and is likely to chase any flush or st8 draws and i doubt he is folding a...

Re: Bellagio 15/30

I dont see how you can possibly fold this hand in this situation. I would probably but the old man on two over spades at this point and the lady on a middle pair, possibly 77 or 66 maybe even 99. ...

Re: 30-60 Bellagio River Situation

Why would you even consider betting this river into this type of player. Is his current state he could likely raise any ace, lower trips, flush, ect. and you cannot consider calling the raise. Plus...

Re: 30-60 Hand: Is My Play Any Good?

pretty vague without player reads. the bet on the river leaves you suseptable to bluffs. However, your flop check raise tells him either you have a strong hand or strong draw. Thus it makes his...

Re: WSOP $2500 limit: Top pair with KQo

so calling preflop was a bad idea but that is beside the point, what needs to be addressed is his position in the hand. The intriquing part about this hand is why Andy would only call the raise on...

look you say it yourself, you are there because of BB. But BB is not leading the action its the CO. I think without any reads you are beat damn near 100% of the time. I am having trouble finding...

Re: I\'m drunk, don\'t hold this post against me . . .

They can confisicate anything over $10,000 until you prove where it came from NQA. i.e. if you are carrying 10,002 all they can take is $2.

Re: 15/30 JTs in a mixed field

like i said before i think you have to call this river. If it didnt pair the board i would have no problem folding but this card could have negated one of SB's two pair.

Re: Party 20/40: Wierd Aces hand.

I am not concerned at all with the button in this hand. Being that he is tight, i highly doubt he raised you preflop with an 8 or a 5. For these reasons i don't mind him staying around in the hand,...

Re: Party 15 ATs Hand

Personally, i am most likely to fold this hand preflop unless i am in a very wild game. I know its suited and you have reads on your opponents, but there are too many people left to act.

On the...

Re: Am I making this too hard?

without any reads i am capping this flop. Depending on the turn card, if he leads most likely i am going into call down mode. You are not reverse dominated, if he has got it already he's got it, if...

Re: 15/30 JTs in a mixed field

thought the river 7 was the best card for you in this situation, if SB had J5 or 95. I think its clear raising the turn was a mistake unless your intention was to get a free showdown. However, you...

Re: 15/30 JTs in a mixed field

[ QUOTE ]
SB is to my left, and is fairly loose pre-flop and passive post-flop. BB seems to be weak-tight.
