Re: being a backer

I recently staked a friend who went broke due to bills and poor money management. I received 70% percent of the profits and he kept the remainder.

I don't think you should stake anyone without...

Re: 49ers starting QB

the coach loves him, QB competition is lackluster, he's making a varitable f-load of money, he's the #1 pick, 49er's will suck regardless of who starts, he's said to have looked good in practice,...

Re: NL 100 Max at Turning Stone

You might get more responses if you posted in the right forum. (Small stakes no-limit)

All of the hands were played fine. Don't whine about bad beats or bad luck on these forums and you'll be...

Re: Are you the clowns who play at Turningstone on occasion?

We were there this week and hated it; it was our first time there. And yes, we are quite the clowns.

Re: A staking question.

We actually make it a point to not collude, and take pride in outplaying each other, just as we would any other player.

Re: A staking question.

No, he doesn't. We've both been very successful, but my bankroll is just much larger than his at the present time, and he doesn't want to play above his head. The opponent(s) are always rich fish. ...

A staking question.

I have been playing mid limits for a while now and have begun taking action on 2 of my friends if they play above the limits their bankrolls will allow. We're from Pittsburgh, so if we play locally...

Re: Quick one.

Although I don't think you're ahead on this river very much, I still think you have to pay it off because you've inflated the pot so much on the turn. From these types of players, one raise is about...

Re: 5/10 6max hand

Turn and river are standard by the way. You must check the river here. The only thing he might call with is bottom pair or ace high, and he has to be really bad to call with those.

Re: 5/10 6max hand

I don't particularly like the flop raise, due to the texture of the board and amount of opposition. Even if bb loves to bluff, would he bluff into 3 opponents? MP's coldcall preflop will hit the...

Re: i\'m really really confused, please help...superbowlwise...

You're looking at the prop bets for alternate lines when you see NE-3.5. You will likely have to lay -180 or around there at this line

Re: Super Bowl Prop -- Too good to be true?

Betting yes is +120, actually no has come down from -180 which seemed odd to me.

Super Bowl Prop -- Too good to be true?

Will there be a two point conversion attempt?

No -150

This seems like absolutely free money, which is why I might not bet it.

Somebody talk me out of it, please.
