Its very easy actually. Just number the board with 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 along the top and bottom, and a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h on the sides. Once you do so, you can make any square have a "name", such as e4, or...

The last report on Chessbase indicated that Kramnik's group had made a substantial offer, but that Topalov turned it down. I wouldn't bet on any unification match occurring any time soon.

Thats a very nice run - sometimes coming back to chess after a good while off sharpens your game up nicely. I played a tournament here in Costa Rica for the first time since moving here 2.5 years...

It depends on whether you want to "get better" fast or "have better results" fast.

If you want to get better fast, you're probably out of luck. Its not a simple game to learn, and hard to learn...
