That's incorrect. If he's raising every hand he VP$IP it would be 5/5 20/20 100/100 etc. PFR can never be greater...

That's not the way that I understand PT calculates PFR. Perhaps I'm incorrect.

Villian is not folding a better hand enough of the time to give a bet value and he'll always call with hands...

If I reraise the flop I loose all pps and maybe small aces. The way I played the hand I made them all...

OP's read does not factor in 3 limpers into the read. If this was a steal situation - I agree, it's an easy 3-bet....

This looks like major spewing. You read says that he's raised your BB 4 times - but on this hand he's also raising 3 limpers. Your read says nothing about how apt this player is to lay down his hand....
