I think you have to play this one.
If you fold now you're at 30 chips and UTG only has to win one hand and could then fold the next to wait and see if you bust out when it comes around again.

Your kicker here is not the problem.
The pair of 9's and the j on the board means the only time you'll have kicker problems is agasint kq or ak.

I think the right play here goes against one of the "Rules of thumb" that you see here alot.
If you push all in the BB is going to release his hand most of the time. UTG now has odds to call to...
