Re: so how many...

[ QUOTE ]
Curiously, If one read the Cardplayer.com live updates of the Main Event, they noted how annoyed many were becoming with Williamson for taking so long to act on her hands. While I don't...

so how many...

.. hands do you think Tiffany Williamson must of sucked out on to last that long?

The KJs vs AA hand was obviously rigged! ESPN is spinning this so that she looks like a bad player, obviously!

Not a useful tool. If you want to replay sessions, just sort by BB/100 and replay your 10 biggest winners and losers. You'll hit all the important hands that way.

Re: check-raise draw

I think there is a real possibility that the sb is raising with as little as a draw -- yes it's a bit of a strecth, but certainly not totally unrealistic.

Re: check-raise draw

As a rule of thumb you might not want to thin out the field with a draw. You'd rather want to raise the flop when you're last to act (i.e checkraise on the SB when the BB bets, etc.).

These aces are all better hands than yours, except A6. You are drawing against them. You are reducing your own pot odds with a raise. When you raise you want them to fold, if they stay you...

Re: check-raise draw

You cannot completely dismiss the possibility that UTG is check-raising a monster of his own. I'd be vary of UTG raiser checking the flop. It could be AK, or AQ, but it could be TT or 88....

Re: check-raise draw

A9 is a pretty good ace. You raise might knock out UTG's AQ or AK but thats it. AJ, AT, A8 and probably A7 and A6 don't go anywhere. Surely you don't believe that UTG has AQ or AK a large...

Re: check-raise draw

My draw is not as big as people are making...

Well, I wouldn't say it's a MONSTER draw.

But in terms of my thinking, the reason WHY i check-raised flop -- does this make sense?(except the fact that i should of folded preflop if im putting him...
