In my game, you rebuy immediately, or not at all. Unless there is a scheduled break, and the player busts out immediately prior. They have the duration of that break to decide. I've had players ask...

It depends what the mood at your games usually is.

I host a friendly tournament a couple of times per month, and there are some unskilled players that like having the 'hand order' cheat sheet...
