Re: Starting hands - 3 too the wheel
I generally call with 234x, 235x with no raise on the table from mid to late pos. Look for an Ace or straight possiblity. Ideally the x would be 6, 7 or a high card.

Re: 2-way non-nut hands
Thanks Buzz!
I'm mostly playing micro limit, full tables. I'm not sure I can make much playing these unless there is alot of checking in early rounds. In tourneys on the other hand this may be a...

2-way non-nut hands
So if you have a small flush or non-nut straight along with 2nd or 3rd low do you check and call single bets? Fold to any agression? I assume the theory is any single bettor will only be good for...

Re: How do you play a flopped little flush?

Seat 1: HERO (big blind) folded on the Turn
Seat 2: chkplz showed [Qs 6h 3s 6d] and lost with HI: three of a kind, Sixes

How do you play a flopped little flush?
Is check/folding the right thing to do here? Doesn't seem like this could be made profitable in the long run.

Re: Stupid play of the day. Ughh.... :-)
Thanks, I'll definately take the pre-flop comments into consideration. I probably am playing to many hands from the SB.
What's a good percentage for putting money in the pot from the blinds? I'm...

Re: Stupid play of the day. Ughh.... :-)
Thanks, I needed that! I was kicking myself in the ass afterwards. Others had a lesser boat and straight, No possible hand could beat me on the turn. Couldn't ask for a more perfect set of...

Stupid play of the day. Ughh.... :-)
This was my second hand at the table. I was scared of quad 9s. I didn't realize I held one of them! Yes, I also realize I should have been raising whether I held the 9 or not. :-)
Seems like...

Re: push harder?
This is hand is probably playable 6 handed.
If you think you are good for the low (you likely are). I would consider betting the river. You may knock out a weak high, maybe not. All anyone else...

Re: 3/4 Hand #1
Preflop: Fine
Flop: Check/Fold, your playing for half the pot. I don't think you'll have pot odds worth playing from here on out.
I play lower limits so maybe that's why I would play so...

Re: 3/4 Hand #2
Preflop: Fine by me, it's a Krieger/Tenner starting hand and your the BB.
Flop: Call don't raise, You only have 4 outs to the nut low and 4 more to non-nut high with a flush draw that also beats...

Limit 08 hand, flop question
Is this flop worth calling? I had several runner runner draws:
Nut high straight
Nut low / non-nut low
Low straight
Nut Flush
How do you calculate the pot odds for runner runner draws?
