Re: Bonus clearing question
I think the 10-12 hour range is right. May be faster in the lowest NL games, since they rake 10 cents when the pot hits 2 bucks.

Re: This Month sucked for Bonuses...WTF
I know party only had a $100 bonus this month, but there have been several from UB (at least 3 for $100). And a $150 from Poker Room. The Crypto monthly bonuses look good, I just did one of them...

Re: If you start with 4 to low,
Yes, I think that's close. If you start with 4 to a low (again, no known dead cards), you won't make it any of a sequence of 4 in a row about 1%.

Re: If you start with 4 to low,
Assuming no info on dead cards, I believe you would make a low 68.8% of the time. (Of course, you always know some of the other cards which would change that.)
We are just assuming you have 4 to...

Re: 50% up to $100 reload at Ultimate Bet
<< If you can be one of the first 2 players UP points are given doubled for that table session. >>
This was recently changed. If you're first at a table, you get (I think) 50% more points, if...

Re: 50% up to $100 reload at Ultimate Bet
The bonuses get cleared a little at a time, not like PP where you need X number of hands and then get the whole bonus released.
On the account page, you'll see the 'pending bonus' amount. It...

Re: 50% up to $100 reload at Ultimate Bet
Yes, it's definitely better than PP + rakeback.
I play the lower NL tables - playing 3 games, I can clear about $10 per hour. The fixed 6 max clear faster, but they make me crazy (too fast).

Re: Stud on Bodog
They seem to be in a big marketing push, so the bonus is basically on every deposit.
You have to contribute to a pot, and the pot has to be raked, and then you earn bonus points. That's why stud...

Stud on Bodog
Anyone play any stud on Bodog?
There usually aren't many games, but the software is very quick, and they have a great bonus structure for stud (contributed hands) which makes the bonus clear...

I've used Neteller for about 8 months, hooked up to my checking account, and have had no trouble. Others that I know using Neteller have been happy with it.
If you're reluctant, maybe open a new...

Re: multi-tabling stud???
And, of course, having a large enough monitor where you can reduce the pixels and see all the games is a must for multitabling.

Re: multi-tabling stud???
At the low levels, I am able to play 3 tables (1/2 or 2/4, mostly on Poker Room) and think I am better off than if I was just playing a single table.
Since I'm folding a lot of the time, when I...

There are 2 current reloads I know about - one at Ultimate Bet and one at PokerStars.
Search this forum for the word 'bonus' now and then, you'll see discussion of most of anay available bonuses.

Re: Standard?
Yeah, those are tough, but I think for sure the laydown on 5th is your best move.
I would agree had you caught a K on 5th I would raise, but I think with 2 pair vs an overpair I would just call...

I think the guy who said fold on 4th is probably right. You're either a slight favorite or a big dog. I would have a hard time getting away from a good hand like that myself, though. But as he...
